Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

1. Email Spencer@craftworkdesignco.com with your Shopify Order Number and specify which Death and Company product you ordered.

2. Once the return has been received by our warehouse, a refund will be issued.
